Innovative Human Resource Practices and Selected HR Outcomes in Software Firms in Kerala

In the current era, human resource (HR) must be innovative to ensure retention of talent. Unlike in past, HR is now spearheading change industry making it imperative continue finding practices retain talent and help business grow. Given this context, will interesting explore relationship between perceptions outcomes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, citizenship behaviour. The purpose present research empirically study behaviour employees Indian context. A survey was conducted among 17 information technology (IT) companies, 310 usable data collected for study. Structural equation modelling (SEM) used assess model with appropriate fit indices. findings indicate that a higher level initiation satisfaction produces high commitment which lead positive (OCB). helps researcher understand antecedents OCB intervening role organisational satisfaction. makes significant contribution literature by drawing path (IHRP) OCB. It indicates employee’s attitudes are significantly affected IHRP at level.
